Do guests need to download an app?

No extra app. Guests scan the event QR code or open your event link on the phone they already have, then contribute their photos through the browser.

How long can guests add their photos?

You choose the upload window, from 1 hour up to 48 hours. This keeps everyone’s contributions together while the event is still fresh. Your gallery’s storage and retention are determined by your plan.

Is there a limit to the number of photos?

Every plan includes unlimited photo uploads. Your plan determines available storage space and retention, rather than charging by photo count.

Can I review photos before publishing the gallery?

Yes. Organizers can review the photos that came in, select favorites, and publish a gallery for everyone to revisit.

Can I use Pixarray alongside a professional photographer?

Absolutely. Guest contributions capture different perspectives and candid moments alongside professional coverage. Photographers and event planners can offer Pixarray as an add-on to their service. Guest photos are not a guarantee of professional-quality coverage.

Can I have a custom gallery address or my own domain?

The Top pass and the Mid, Business, and Pro subscriptions include a custom gallery address such as yourname.pixarray.studio. A subscription gallery address stays live while subscribed. For your own domain, a league, or a franchise, contact hello@pixarray.studio for a quote.
